This is Report 093 of the Major Fires Investigation Project conducted by Varley-Campbell and Associates, Inc./TriData Corporation under Waste Tire Recycling Process & Flow Chart Waste Tire Recycling Process. A complete ZERMA tire recycling system consists of 5 main components. The ZTS Pre-shredder shreds the complete tires down to a size of around 150 mm. The ZTTS Intermediate shredder cuts the tires down to a size of <20mm. Pieces of steel wire are separated from the rubber in this step of the process.
